PnP is proud to work in partnership with Danfoss Drives UK. Danfoss created the world’s first mass production inverter drives in 1968, and today they offer a full range of drive solutions.

We offer an extensive range of services which allow us to operate at a high level in the North West, Wales and even further afield.

The technical solutions we provide include:

  1. 24 hour technical support service – A dedicated support service which is responsive 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We help with problems like inverter sizing, application decisions, writing configurations and drive parameters.
  2. Danfoss Service and Maintenance Packages – we offer the Danfoss DriveProTM service to customers looking for a high level of cover. We offer pre-negotiated and tailor made contracts which help us to deal with breakdowns promptly and effectively. This service is available to a Gold, Silver or Bronze level.
  3. On-site repair – In the event of a breakdown we offer a highly trained rapid response service to all parts of the country. Because we carry high stock levels of Danfoss inverters we can usually get operations running very quickly.
  4. Workshop repair – for more intricate Danfoss repairs we have a large repair facility and testing area, meaning we can carry out less immediate repairs in the most thorough way possible.
  5. VLT site retrofit upgrades – we can replace or add equipment to production plants in order to improve efficiency, increase output and extend a products lifespan
  6. Installation and commissioning services – we can provide full Danfoss installation and application commissioning on all Danfoss Drives.
  7. Energy saving services– we offer an energy consultancy service which can help your business save money on its energy bills

In addition to these technical solutions, we also help by training employees how to service or repair Danfoss products. This is an effective way of creating a ‘front-line’ response team in the event of a breakdown. Training can be provided on-site or in our extensive training facilities. These training facilities are also available to rent for multiple purposes.
